Fall 2018 Move-In: Saturday, August 11, 2018
Moving in for the first time? Returning to campus for fall 2018 semester? Here is some information that may be helpful as you plan your trip to campus.
We will update this page with details about move-in times, traffic, early move-in, maps and more. Check back in early June for more information.
New Student Orientation and Move In
Before you arrive, take a few minutes and explore the residence hall you will call "home." When you arrive at your residence hall, you may check-in at the main desk. Staff will be there to answer any questions you may have and direct you to your new home.
WHAT TO BRING/ WHAT TO LEAVE
Here is a list of suggested things to bring to your new home away from home. Don’t forget to talk to your roommate about what they are bringing and how to maximize the space in your room.
To help start the semester off right, you should join the Welcome Week celebration of students returning to campus. There's no better to way to meet new people, explore campus and get the inside scoop on all things WVU. Planning is well underway - check out the activities at the Welcome Week site.
Late Arrival Procedure
If a student is not able to arrive on campus by the first day of classes, they must
contact the Housing Assignments Office at
304-293-2811. If a student does not contact the Housing Assignments Office,
their room assignment could be changed.
