Housing and Dining Contract

The Housing Contract must be completed by all students living in the Residence Halls. The student must review all provisions of the contract, as they are legally bound by these terms and conditions for the entire academic year.

All first-year freshman and transfer (less than 24 transferable hours) students are required to live on campus, are guaranteed housing, and must have a dining plan. The Housing Contract will be completed as part of the online application process.
