Commencement Lodging

On-Campus Accommodations for May 2026 Commencement

Convenient, affordable lodging packages for May 2026 graduates and their families are available from May 14, 2026 through May 18, 2026 at Lincoln Hall.  

Room Rate
Rooms are $95.00 per room, per night, based on double occupancy. The listed price includes required state occupancy tax. Applicable sales tax will be added at checkout.

Location and Amenities
  • Suite-style rooms with semi-private baths. Each room houses two individuals and shares a bathroom with another room. Beds are extra-long twin (36" x 80" mattress).

  • Front desk staffed 24-hours a day
  • Parking
  • Convenient access to Commencement venues, as well as Morgantown restaurants, shops, and recreations
Rooms and Guests
  • Each room has two extra-long twin beds and can accommodate up to two people.
  • Two rooms are connected by a shared bathroom.
  • We cannot provide cots or cribs for any rooms.
  • For your safety and privacy, if you are in a situation where you only need one room in a suite, we would not room anyone in the room connecting.

Check-In and Check-Out
Available check-in dates are May 14–17, and available check-out dates are May 15–18. A two night minimum stay is required.

  • Two, three, and four night packages available
  • Check-in is no earlier than 12:00 PM on the day of arrival.
  • Check-out is no later than 12:00 PM on the day of departure.

Parking
Parking is included with each reservation. If you need additional passes, they can be requested for $10.00 each by contacting Conferences@mail.wvu.edu.

  • One parking pass is included with single room reservations and two parking passes are included with a suite reservation
  • Each vehicle will need a parking pass.
  • Parking passes are only for guests staying in the residence hall.

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel, please do so by phone at least one week prior to your check-in. Cancellations can be made by calling Conference Services at 304-293-2790.

Refund Policy
All sales of goods and services are final. Once payment has been received, refunds are typically not provided.
