The doors to our WVU residence halls are open to conference guests to stay during the summer months! Get a taste of on-campus living with our comfortable, secure, and air-conditioned spaces. Our Conference Services staff is ready to match you with one of our available residence halls that perfectly suits your group’s needs and expectations.
Housing accommodations for the 2026 summer will be available May 18 through July 31. Please complete a request form to reserve space for your summer group. See our accommodation policies and procedures for more information.

There are two levels of housekeeping service available; please view the Accommodation Rates page for pricing. Rooms are serviced daily Monday through Friday. Rooms are not serviced on Saturday and Sunday, although extra towels and washcloths will be left in rooms on Friday for guests with Linen Service. Sheets for groups/guests will be exchanged every Friday. Custodial staff will clean all common bathrooms and public areas on a daily basis.
Linen packages are NOT available on an individual basis within a group that has selected the Non-linen Service.
