Seneca Hall

Seneca Hall is perfect for guests over the age of eighteen looking for luxury, apartment-style living.

Available for long-term guests, Seneca Hall is in the heart of Sunnyside on our downtown campus, just steps away from retail options like Papa Allen’s pizza and Insomnia cookies. This space comes with a furnished living room, including a sofa and flat screen TV, creating the ultimate environment for community living. The fully equipped kitchen comes with spacious cabinets, a microwave, a stove/oven and a full size refrigerator. Enjoy the privacy of single-occupancy rooms, fully furnished to include a desk, under-bed dresser, chair and a regular-sized twin bed with mattress (36” x 72”). Each apartment houses four guests and all guests share a bathroom within the apartment.

**Kitchen items (pots, pans, plates, bowls, utensils, etc.) are not provided by conference services. Seneca is the only hall that we charge on a weekly basis.
