Residence Hall Facilities
The mission of the Facilities Service Desk is to provide fast and efficient access for users to submit work requests for WVU facilities via the web, and provide information for other services. Maintenance and Housekeeping staffs work together to keep the residence halls safe and clean. In the event something needs to be repaired, you can get assistance by submit a work request below. If an emergency exists (floods, power outages, safety hazards, etc.), please call the Main Desk at your residence hall.
Cable service is provided to each residence hall room. Please review the information provided in the link below for the channel line-up, troubleshooting guide, and support information.
All residence halls are equipped with high-speed wireless internet. If a student is experiencing problems with their internet, they should contact the WVU Help Desk for assistance.
