ERC features include:

- Completely air-conditioned

- Single or double accommodations
- A well-furnished large lobby on the main floor, equipped with a large screen television
- Two convenient, centrally located baths serve each floor

- Linen services included (with conference rate)
- Front desk staffed 24 hours a day
- Convenient parking (limit per conference – small fee charged)
- Laundry facility on each floor (Requires purchase of a Mounty Bounty card. Mounty Bounty card will need loaded with money in order to use the laundry facility.)

The ERC also houses a Post Office, WVU Bookstore, meeting and dining facilities, and recreational facilities such as tennis, basketball and volleyball court.
