If you’re looking to host a large group, look no further than Evansdale Residential Complex (Towers), Lincoln Hall and Oakland Hall! These spacious residence halls can accommodate 12-300 people (depending on the meeting room set-up). Our Blue and Gold Rooms, located on Towers, offer 3,000 square feet of secure exhibit space centrally located within the complex so exhibitors can expect high foot traffic.
Customize your experience with our Blue and Gold rooms! Rooms can be split when holding more intimate gatherings (up to 150 guests) or combined for larger gatherings (up to 250 guests). This space comes equipped with stages and dual projectors at either end of the room and TVs in each corner, ensuring you have all the tools you need to elevate your event.
Our Jean Benson Lounge is the perfect space for more intimate gatherings. Although it is typically displayed classroom style, this lounge can be customized as U-shaped or theater depending on your group's needs, and can hold between 30-75 people. With a projector, screen and computer, this lounge has it all, including an added bonus - a playable piano!
