The Resident Faculty Leaders are an integral part of your residence hall experience. The RFLs who live in separate residences next to the residence halls, provide you with support, guidance, and out-of-class interaction with a faculty member. They share meal times with you, listen to your concerns, offer academic advice, and generally are there for you when you need help with a problem or have a question of any kind.
RFLs also plan activities for students in the halls, such as dinners and social events with faculty or community leaders, trips to an amusement park, the ballet, or a ski resort. In short, RFL’s are there to help make your freshman experience the best it can be.
