Summer Arrival Information

Students arriving for the summer session WITH reserved housing should go directly to the Pierpont Main Desk on the assigned move-in date.

Students arriving for the summer session WITHOUT reserved housing) should come to Assignments, M-63 Brooke Tower. Office hours are 8:15 am to 4:45 pm weekdays (weekends and holidays excluded).

If arriving when Assignments is closed, students should report to the Pierpont front desk. If summer school housing was reserved in advance, students will be given their assignment and keys at the Pierpont front desk. If summer school housing was not reserved in advance, students may be accommodated temporarily on a space available basis for one night only at the Pierpont front desk and must report to Assignments the next day. Students must check out of a temporary room by 12:00 noon the next day.

Last day of the summer school session is also the last day of the summer school housing. Please take note of this and make arrangements to remove your belongings by 4:00 pm, as NO exceptions will be made.
