Fall Arrival & Check-In

Check-in for new arrivals will be Friday, August 15 - Saturday, August 16.

Please report to your assigned residence hall during the time given to you at New Student Orientation in June. If you attended Orientation on or before June 15, your move in time will be from 8:30am – 11:30am. If you attended Orientation after June 15, your move in time will be from 1:00pm – 5:00pm.

Your keys will be issued during this time. University Police Officers will be directing traffic around the residence halls and providing directions for parking.

If you arrive after 6:00 p.m., please seek assistance from the main desk staff person in your hall. If you have a moving cart or dolly you might want to bring it along to help with transporting your belongings to your room. We do provide carts but we have a limited supply.

Dining Services for the Evansdale Residential Complex and Boreman Hall on the downtown campus will be from 10:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. on Friday, August 15. The rest of the dining facilities in Arnold, Stalnaker, and Summit Halls will begin service on the first day of classes, Monday, August 18.
