In a University-owned/operated apartment complex you have all of the benefits of residence hall but none of the restrictions. University Park opening Fall 2015, will accommodate housing for undergraduate (with the exception of first time freshman/transfer students), graduate/professional, and non-traditional students.

University Place opening Fall 2014, will accommodate housing for undergraduate (with the exception of first time freshman/transfer students), graduate/professional, and non-traditional students.

College Park , can accommodate housing for undergraduate (with the exception of first time freshman/transfer students) graduate/professional, non-traditional students, and have small family housing as well.

Vandalia Apartments can accommodate housing for undergraduate (with the exception of first time freshman), graduate/professional, and non-traditional students.

Medical Center Apartments can accommodate housing for graduate and non-traditional students as well as faculty, staff, and a limited number of small family housing. NOTE: Due to the opening of College Park Apartments in August 2014, Medical Center Apartments will no longer be leasing after June 30, 2014. If you are interested in leasing an apartment at College Park, please see someone in the Medical Center Business Office.

North Street House is a full 2-store house that can accommodate a family.

Our secondary role within the Department of Housing and University Apartments is to provide support services to various campus departments and colleges as well as emergency housing support to the greater University Community.
