University Apartments

WVU Apartment’s mission is to create and maintain a living, as well as learning, environment which is supportive of and responsive to our customers in pursuit of their educational goals. Our primary thrust is to provide well maintained, secure, affordable housing rendered by a dedicated staff and to offer a one stop service which enhances the individual’s student experience, personal growth, and sense of belonging to the wider University Community.

Vandalia Hall can accommodate housing for undergraduate (with the exception of first time freshman), graduate, and non-traditional students.

Medical Center Apartments can accommodate housing for graduate and non-traditional students as well as faculty, staff, and a limited number of small family housing.

North Street House can accommodate a family.

Our secondary role within the Department of Housing and University Apartments is to provide support services to various campus departments and colleges as well as emergency housing support to the greater University Community.
