University Apartment Rates
Rental rates are as follows:

Rent includes all utilities, local phone service, basic TV cable and high speed internet access. All apartments have window unit air conditioners. For health and safety reasons, pets are NOT permitted.
The Medical Center apartments are furnished apartments
Efficiency - limit of two (2) per dwelling, no children
One Bedroom - limit of two (2) adults per dwelling, may include one infant or pre-school child.
Lease term runs from July 1 - -June 30. The lease is a contract and the leaseholder will be bound for the duration of the contract.
