Faculty Apartments
The University operates 12 two- and 12 three-bedroom unfurnished apartments for faculty, visiting professors, lecturers, and professional staff desiring short-term housing only. These apartments are designed to provide an opportunity for new faculty and full-time staff to become familiar with the Morgantown area.
These leases are limited to a maximum of one-year. During this time, it is expected that the tenant will secure community housing if he/she plans to remain in Morgantown.
Each apartment contains a range, refrigerator, air conditioner, garbage disposal, telephone, and basic cable television service. In addition, free parking is provided for tenants.
