Application Process
Please click here to access the University Apartment Application. Just print the application and mail it to: University Apartments, PO Box 6430, Morgantown, WV 26506-6430.
Because the number of apartments is limited, it may not be possible to accommodate all applicants during the semester or academic year. Therefore, you should apply well in advance of the date that you will need an apartment. If no apartment is available at the time you apply, your application will remain valid for six months. After this time, you will need to complete another application in order to remain on the active waitlist. All applications are processed based on the date of receipt. Apartments are leased from July 1 to June 30.
